Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you carefully review the product title, description, and any provided details before completing your purchase.
Your purchase may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
1. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, we're happy to refund the duplicate. Simply get in touch with us here and we’ll take care of it.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience a reproducible technical issue with the product files that cannot be resolved, please reach out with detailed information. Refunds for technical issues will only be considered when:
- You clearly describe the error,
- It is consistently reproducible, and
- The issue cannot be fixed after troubleshooting.
Please note that we require sufficient evidence to verify the issue before processing a refund.
3. Product Misrepresentation
A product is considered misrepresented if it does not match the description or if a stated component is missing. This does not include personal preferences or opinions on quality or design.
Examples:
- ✅ Misrepresentation: A product advertised as high-resolution contains visible pixelation.
- ❌ Not Misrepresentation: You feel the design is not up to your expectations or does not compare well to other items.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued for the Following:
- You or your client no longer need the product.
- You found an alternative product you prefer.
- You changed your mind after the purchase.
- You do not have the required software or skills to use the product.
- You accidentally purchased the product but have already downloaded it.
- You believe the product is low quality without evidence of a technical issue.
- You're experiencing download difficulties due to personal internet issues.
- You report a technical issue but cannot or will not provide sufficient details.
- Your purchase was made over 30 days ago.
